Free Shipping Information:

Free ground shipping is available on most purchases totaling $150.00 or greater. Free shipping is only available for U.S. street addresses within the 48 contiguous states, which excludes Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Products not eligible for free shipping includes: all transmissions, fluids, Hypermax products, Southbend clutches and apparel. 

Expedited Shipping Information:

Expedited shipping is subject to the carrier’s fluctuating pick up schedule for the day. Shipments may be delayed to the next business day due to the carrier’s cut off time or weather. Please call 615-563-7800 ext. 1 if you have any questions about expedited shipping. We are not responsible for carrier delays.

Shipping Days:

We ship Monday through Friday with the exception of holidays.  Orders for stock items processed by our website or by phone after 11:00 AM CST will ship the following business day.  We do our best to ship stock items the same day, but carrier pickup times vary from day to day.  Custom, backorder and non-stock items will ship as soon as they become available.  FedEx and UPS will deliver on Saturday or Sunday in some areas, but we are not responsible for carrier delays.

Delivery Refusal:

Any delivery refused by the customer is subject our Product Return or Exchange policy below plus the shipping charges to and from the customer. 



Product Return Or Exchange:
Please call 615-563-7800 or email for a return or exchange request prior to shipping any product. Many of our products are custom machined and are not eligible for return. Certain stock products may be eligible for return within 30 days of the purchase date. The product must be in original, uninstalled, and unused condition. If a product is eligible for return it is subject to a 15% restocking fee from the original product purchase price and the customer is responsible for the return freight. What To Include In EVERY Box:

  • First & last name
  • Contact phone number
  • Shipping address
  • Reason for sending the product
  • Order information
  • Core paperwork (if applicable)

Do not send injectors, turbos, or other heavy items in USPS Flat Rate boxes.  These boxes do not provide enough protection or room to properly ship these products.

Please be sure to record your package tracking number from the shipping company and keep it until the entire transaction process is completed, including the return of any core money. 

We reserve the right to deduct the cost of shipping from the core refund money, if a core is sent to an incorrect address. If you have any questions or concerns regarding a return, please call us at:  615-563-7800 or email prior to shipping any product. 

All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee of the original product purchase price. The refund amount will depend on the resale value of the returned products, i.e. if they appear to be new or used, if they were properly packaged to prevent damage during shipping, and the condition of the original manufacturer's packaging for the products. These optimize the resale value of the products being returned.
