Upgrade the weak factory plastic fuel filter cap on your 6.4L Power Stroke with this BLEM Bean Machine Billet Upper Fuel Filter Cap. While this unit may show minor cosmetic imperfections, it delivers the same strength, precision, and reliability as our standard production caps.

This cap is a direct-fit replacement for the OEM plastic version and is CNC-machined from 6061 billet aluminum to withstand higher pressures and extreme operating conditions. A 1/8" NPT port is pre-tapped into the top, allowing easy installation of fuel pressure, oil temperature, or other monitoring sensors.

Unlike some aftermarket alternatives that can cause filter bypass issues, the Bean Machine cap maintains proper sealing and filtration while remaining fully compatible with OEM and Racor filters.
