Upgrade your factory filter caps with confidence. This BLEM Bean Machine Billet Filter Cap offers the same strength, precision, and reliability as our standard production caps, with minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect fit, performance, or durability.

Machined from high-strength billet aluminum, this cap is a direct-fit replacement for the brittle plastic OEM filter caps found on 6.0 and 6.4 Power Stroke engines.

BLEM Condition

• May show minor cosmetic marks, finish variations, or handling blemishes

• No impact on function, sealing, or performance

• Fully inspected and approved for use

• 6.0 Power Stroke engine oil filter cap

• 6.0 lower (large) fuel filter cap

• 6.4 lower (small) fuel filter cap

OEM plastic caps are prone to cracking, warping, and in some cases allowing unfiltered oil to bypass the filter — leading to potential engine damage.

This billet aluminum cap maintains proper filter function and pressure regulation while providing a durable, heat-resistant upgrade. It accepts OEM and Racor filters, so there’s no need to switch to proprietary or aftermarket-only elements.

Built-In Sensor Port

Pre-tapped with a 1/8" NPT port, allowing installation of:

• Oil pressure gauges

• Oil temperature sensors

• Fuel pressure sending units
