This BLEM billet aluminum upper (small) fuel filter cap is a direct replacement for the factory plastic cap on your 6.0L Ford Power Stroke. While this unit may show minor cosmetic imperfections, it meets all functional and performance standards.

The cap is precision-machined from 6061-T6 billet aluminum and pre-tapped with 1/8" NPT for installation of a fuel pressure sending unit, oil pressure gauge, or oil temperature sensor.

• No impact on fit, sealing, or performance

Why Upgrade

The factory plastic fuel filter cap is known to become brittle and fail over time. Some aftermarket caps and filters can also allow fuel or oil to bypass the filter, introducing unfiltered contaminants into the system.

The Bean Machine billet cap maintains the OEM footprint and sealing design, ensuring proper filtration while allowing continued use of OEM and Racor filters.
