Please make sure you need a late 99 to 03 turbo by checking your intake or compressor cover to make sure it has 5 bolts. If your intake or compressor cover has 4 bolts then you need an early 99 turbo. The early 99 turbo part number is 00:220886.
Beans Diesel Performance D66 is a true DIRECT bolt-on high performance turbo 99.5-03 Power Stroke. This is a high performance stock replacement turbo. This upgrade will improve the air flow from the stock 750CFM to over 1050CFM! That is a 30% air flow increase over stock which translates directly into lower smoke levels, lower exhaust gas temps, (as much as 300 degrees) and more horse power. We now include at no extra charge our Milled Billet Compressor wheel that increases TQ and HP as well as flattening out the HP curve and increasing turbo response! This turbo is great for any Power Stroke from stock HP levels to over 500hp!
***We recommend purchasing the non EBPV pedestal (00:292884) to go along with this turbo to prevent future oil leaks.

D66’s carry a (1 year Limited Warranty) nontransferable. This Warranty shall not apply to any turbo that has been improperly stored or installed. This Warranty shall not apply to misapplication, improper operating conditions, accidents, or neglect. This Warranty shall not apply to a turbo that has been improperly repaired, maintained and/or altered by the owner or his technician. Damage due to plugged oil return lines, thrust bushing/bearing damage due to excessive turbo speed, and/or insufficient/improper oil supply is not covered under this warranty. This warranty does not cover a failure resulting from foreign objects (debris). However, in the event of a failure, Beans Diesel Performance will inspect the turbo for damage and charge the consumer only for hard parts replaced.
